GXG Markets is a regulated European market.
The admitted companies must therefore comply with the applicable EU legislation on companies admitted to trading. The purpose of the European regulation is to create an efficient and transparent securities market where all investors are given the best possible access to the same information, at the same time and in the same format.
Access to information is necessary in order to stimulate good liquidity in the market.
GXG Markets acknowledges the value of transparency and has therefore decided to give everybody access to all published company releases free of charge and in real time and in the same format for all recipients.
Moreover, GXG Markets has expanded this consideration for investors by offering the companies freedom of distribution of information directly in the market via a browser-based safe access to our website. In practical terms this means that the companies may publish company releases etc. 24 hours a day or at specific times and on specific days, depending entirely on their own wishes and needs.
In a regulated market there is confidence in the quality of the information provided to the market, and the investors thus know that the companies are under the obligation to notify the market of all important and price-sensitive information. This is the reason why a number of professional investors only want or are only allowed to trade in a regulated market.
The companies will thus be able to enjoy the international recognition of being admitted to trading on a regulated European market, which means that the investors may be anybody from local investors to global investors..
