The price for admission to trading at GXG Markets is split into three: a single fee for the initial public offering, a fixed annual fee and a variable issue fee respectively.

In addition to this, Dansk O.T.C. Fondsmæglerselskab A/S charges a single fee for setting up the company in its system, which enables Dansk O.T.C. Fondmæglerselskab A/S to handle the settlement of transactions.

The price list below is exhaustive and there are thus no other direct costs involved in being admitted to trading at GXG Markets. Therefore no further costs will accrue for, for example, the publishing of company releases, financial reports or other notices to the market.

It is thus not only the trading system that is made available to the companies. Also added value and a number of services are provided to the companies by GXG Markets, inclusive of an ongoing positive and constructive dialogue with the management. Finally, it should be mentioned that as a spill-over effect of being admitted to trading, the companies will experience a strongly increased exposure in the public media.
