Davidsen Partnere A/S was established in 1987. The mission of the company is to perform a wide range of building and construction works with a high degree of own production, to deliver high quality products and to comply with agreements made and time limits.

The organisation in Davidsen Partnere A/S consists of two construction divisions. “DP – Bygge og Anlæg” is in charge of the company’s own production, extensive construction works, minor building projects and service and maintenance. “DP Bolig og Erhverv” carries out major main and design-and-build contracts within the business areas housing construction, housing renovation and industrial construction.

“DP – Projektudvikling” is in charge of developing opportunities for performing extensive retail, office, industrial and housing construction under its own auspices.

“DP – Teknisk/merkantil Afdeling” handles purchasing and the conclusion of trading agreements as well as managing and planning in respect of the company’s assembly of machinery and cars. Moreover, this division is responsible for the company’s IT development and sales and marketing tasks.

The company wants to continue its development from being a locally and regionally oriented company into a building, services and construction business which – based in the so-called triangular region – undertakes and performs projects throughout all of Denmark.

The activities of Davidsen Partnere A/S are targeted according to a concept of safety, health and environment where employees at all levels pay attention to protecting themselves and their colleagues against accidents and injuries at work and to safeguarding the environment against pollution. It is the company’s goal to be among the market leaders when it comes to safety, health and environment.

Davidsen Partnere A/S wants managed growth with a turnover increase to approx. DKK 500 million within a period of 3-4 years. On the earnings side, the target is to increase profit before tax to 5% of the turnover throughout the same period.
